Winter in Zion

December 1st - February 28th

seth1

The winter months transform Zion National Park. As colder temperatures chase away the summer crowds, those who choose to stay will find themselves in an ever-changing environment of fleeting beauty withheld only by the well-prepared visitor. Visitors may find themselves enjoying sunny, 60 degree temperatures from the top of Observation Point one day, then basking in the shadows of snow-capped sandstone peaks and frozen waterfalls the next.

As a visitor to Zion, this variability in weather can make it difficult to stick to your visitation plans. At Zion Adventure Company we know that having the right information, and the right equipment is key to enjoying Zion no matter what the weather brings. So whether you need snowshoes to enjoy the Kolob Plateau, a dry suit for the Narrows, or just a warm place and a friendly face, come see us at ZAC!
